What you’ll do:
Join the Content Management team, reporting directly to the team manager, contributing to the evolution of Sisal’s digital presence in a role that combines content management, delivery coordination and quality assurance across digital channels.
Take ownership of communication streams across Sisal’s digital properties (websites and apps), with a performance-oriented, omnichannel and data-driven approach.
Manage content creation, optimization and publishing activities through our enterprise-level CMS (Adobe Experience Manager), proposing enhancements and improvements.
Collaborate closely with Visual Design, UX/UI, Analytics, SEO, Marketing, Product, Sales, IT and Development teams, actively contributing to the definition and delivery of customer-centric content experiences.
Be involved from the early stages in strategic digital projects, translating business needs and user insights into clear and actionable content requirements, contributing to scope definition, planning and delivery.
Plan, organize and monitor end-to-end content workflows and activities, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and timely delivery.
Act as a coordination point for content-related initiatives, managing priorities, dependencies and workload across multiple streams.
Perform functional checks and basic QA activities on digital content and frontend components, ensuring accuracy, consistency and correct rendering across platforms and devices.
Ensure quality, consistency and coherence of storytelling across all touchpoints, supporting the design of user journeys and customer flows.
Support the optimization of workflows, tools and processes to improve efficiency and scalability, contributing to the definition and evolution of the best operational practices within the Content team.
Analyze performance metrics and user behavior to identify content opportunities and suggest data-driven improvements.
Provide guidance and mentoring to more junior team members when required, acting as a reference point for the team on specific content topics.
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience (at least 4 years) in digital content management within structured and fast-paced environments.
Deep familiarity with Content Management Systems, ideally Adobe Experience Manager, and solid understanding of content lifecycle and publishing workflows.
Experience in coordinating projects or managing end-to-end content delivery, with the ability to plan activities and ensure execution.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to digital product development processes.
Familiarity with frontend dynamics and basic QA practices (content validation, layout checks, consistency across devices).
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong skills in copywriting, microcopy and UX writing, always aligned with the tone of voice and user experience strategy.
Ability to interpret analytics data and performance KPIs to improve content quality and effectiveness.
A collaborative mindset and curiosity to grow through dialogue with different disciplines and backgrounds.
Fluency in Italian and a good command of English, both written and spoken.
