Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Show Lighting Manager to join our team!

Job Description:
As a Show Lighting Manager, you will be responsible for planning, engineering coordination, integration, installation, programming, testing, and commissioning of all show and themed lighting systems in rides, attractions, shows, and themed environments. You will ensure that lighting systems align with creative vision, artistic direction, technical requirements, safety standards, and project schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planning, coordinating, integrating, installing, programming, testing, and commissioning all show and themed lighting systems for rides, attractions, shows, and environments.
• Ensuring that lighting systems are delivered in alignment with creative vision, artistic direction, technical performance requirements, safety standards, and project schedule.
• Working closely with creative, technical, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of lighting systems with scenic elements, ride systems, special effects, and show control infrastructure.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in theatrical lighting, show lighting systems, themed entertainment lighting, or live entertainment production, with demonstrated experience delivering large-scale themed entertainment projects.
• Strong experience in architectural lighting, theatrical lighting, themed lighting systems, and lighting control systems.
• Excellent technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of lighting control protocols, electrical systems, and safety compliance standards.
