Responsibilities:

- Responsible controlling the fulfillment of manufacturing orders.

- Responsible for controlling the efficiency of the workshop as well as manufacturing costs, monitoring production measurables.

- Controls compliance with the instructions on safety, quality and environment.

- Control the management of manufacturing consumables.

- Analysis of inefficiencies and proposals for improvements in production processes.

- Implementation the necessary corrective actions in the case of non-compliance with objectives and / or continuous improvement.

- Implementation of improvements to reduce costs and increase production capacity

- Control the definition and implementation of the operative methods in the plant.

- updating of the template of the Production Department

- Supervises the layered audits.

- Analyzing the daily production part.

- Performs the manufacturing and process improvement ranges, as well as the daily follow-up of change of ref and tools.

- Supervises the training and skill matrix for his staff

- Coordinates Other Departments interventions in Production facilities

- Preventive maintenance planning.

- Any other that may arise in the performance of the post

- Must respect and comply with the rules and slogans of safety, quality and environment

- Be part of the First Aid staff

- Supervise the work done by the employees of other Companies (subcontractors) and inform the PRL Manager periodically.

- Take part with the continuous improvement program VPS (Vibracoustic Production System) carrying out the necessary projects for its development.

Qualifications:

Engineering degree, specialized in electrical/Mechanics or above
Experience in automotive manufacturing environments (3-5 years)
Fluent in English, Spanish 
Continous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing)
Computing (Word, Excel, SAP, ERP, MES)
Knowledge Preventive and predictive maintenance
