PRIMARY PURPOSE: Install shingles on homes
JOB DUTIES:
Mark and Snap Chalk lines to layout house Load Shingles
Install Shingles Install vent pipe boots
Install vents for range hood or microwave Install fireplace boots
Install ridge vents Tar vents, boots and shingles
Install roof felt Seal up plastic
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Must be at least 18 years old.
SAFETY/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Use of sealants Uncontrolled climate
Safety Harness/Karabiner and Retractable Lanyard Use of safety netting
EQUIPMENTA/MACHINES USED:
Staple Guns Screw Guns Nail Guns
Step Ladders General Hand Tools
TESTING REQUIRED:
Drug Screen Hearing Test
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift and carry 90 pounds
Must have normal use of hands
