1. Responsible for safe production; Strictly follow all safety regulations and participated all required safety activities.
2. Operate machines or equipment according to SOP or WI; Run products according to specific SOC, e.g. Screw Speed, Throughput, Temperature, Vacuum, etc.
3. Responsible for start up and shut-down the lines and affiliated equipment, utilities except for electricity which requires certificate.
4. Prepare pre-mix materials including Weigh colorants/additives, discharge other pre-mix materials and mix according to pre-defined mixing programs.
5. Set up materials conveying and feeding, including big-bag station, AZO system and pre-mix bowls, etc.
6. Conduct changeover activties, including dismantle and clean hoppers, flushing extruders, clean water batch, UWP system, pelletizers and classifier, etc.
7. Take FG samples according to Sampling SOP and perform visual checks for obvious defects, e.g. cross contamination, big pellets and films, etc.
8. Follow SOP or WI of ISO, GMP.
9. Maintain 5S of workplace; Support stocktaking and other instructions from the leaders for the tasks not mentioned above.
10. Conduct materials conumption in MES and record handover actitivies in Shift-connector.
11. Work together with Lab and packing service provider on off-spec products accurate segregation and implement re-work.

Qualifications:
1. Technical occupational school
2. English read and write(beginner)
3. More than 2 years working experience
4. Able to operate MES, Despensing system, WinCC
5. Know well main process control condition, product request; When found quality issue, can handle and correct independently, and provide feedback for process/quality improvement
