What You'll Do
The Shelter Plus Care Program Supervisor oversees rental assistance program operations, supervises program staff, and ensures timely and compliant processing of all participant activities. This position supports programs including SPC, LTLCHD, LTLD, Pathways Home PSH, and HOME‑TBRA. The Supervisor collaborates closely with partner agencies, case managers, landlords, and internal departments to ensure participants maintain stable housing. This role also provides leadership in departmental systems, workflow management, staff training, compliance reviews, and process improvements. The Supervisor advances the YWCA mission of racial and social justice through equitable program operations and leadership.
