Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to setup and troubleshoot machinery for efficient and trouble-free operation.

Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.

Job Description:

  • Performs specialized setups on a variety of manufacturing machinery, troubleshoots and performs minor repairs. 
  • Must have a good understanding of how the different presses and tools work (grinders, punch, draw, trim, pierce, etc.).
  • May be required to construct temporary tooling using power tools.
  • Assists in training new & current employees on the proper operation of a punch press.
  • May be called upon to give input/make suggestions when product quality is in question.
  • Exhibits commitment toward continuous improvement of quality, efficiency, and customer services performance.
  • Monitors product quality and any safety issues related to the machinery.
  • Assists Machinists.
  • Performs other functions as required.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Education:
    • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum Experience:
    • 2 – 3 years of related experience.
    • Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.
    • Ability to work with small precision parts
    • Ability to read blueprints preferred.

Pay Range: $23.50 - $27.92
