As a Services Team leader - Product Line Scheduling & Competency, you will ensure flawless execution across drilling and completions fluids operations by following all Managing the Job Cycle processes and procedures. You will identify the correct products and services for simple to complex applications, protect the health and safety of personnel and the environment, and support high‑quality service delivery. You will work closely with internal and external customers while leading Field Operator teams to deliver safe, efficient, and consistent results.
As a Services Team leader - Product Line Scheduling & Competency, you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring flawless execution by following all Managing the Job Cycle processes and procedures
• Protecting the health and safety of personnel and the environment
• Identifying proper products and services for simple to complex DCF applications
• Working and communicating effectively with internal and external customers
• Managing and leading Field Operator teams to ensure readiness and high‑quality service delivery
• Supporting operational planning, job execution, and post‑job reviews
• Maintaining compliance with company standards, policies, and HSE requirements
• Performing additional duties as assigned to support operational excellence
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a University Degree in Engineering or Applied Science with 1+ years of related experience and in‑depth knowledge of DCF operations, products, and services
• Have a two‑year Technical Associate Degree with 3+ years of related experience and in‑depth knowledge of DCF operations, products, and services (preferred)
•Have completed Field Operator V CMP requirements with 7+ years of Field Operator experience
• Have previous experience supervising frontline DCF Operations teams (preferred)
• Be able to demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Be able to work effectively in demanding field environments
• Show strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
