As a Services Specialist - Service Delivery Coordination, you will be ensuring seamless execution of service delivery activities across Cased Hole Completions, IPS, and Liner Hanger operations. You will be coordinating forecasting, scheduling, and resource planning activities to drive operational efficiency, optimize inventory utilization, and meet customer timelines.

As a Services Specialist - Service Delivery Coordination, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring Cased Hole Completions, IPS, and Liner Hanger products and services are deployed and executed reliably and in a timely manner, in accordance with design specifications, budget allocations, and customer schedules.
  • Forecasting and scheduling job orders to maximize the efficient use of inventory and operational resources.
  • Forecasting and tracking job revenue on a weekly basis to ensure financial targets are achieved.
  • Forecasting and tracking equipment delivery on a weekly basis to ensure job readiness.
  • Coordinating, forecasting, and scheduling equipment preparation with the ARMO team and resources to maximize operational efficiency and inventory utilization.
  • Serving as a liaison between the ARMO team and the customer’s on‑site quality representative, ensuring alignment on operational expectations and service delivery standards.
  • Working closely with the Scheduling and Competency Leader to align personnel deployment with rig schedules and operational requirements.
  • Managing Customer‑Owned Inventory, including Sales Order creation, equipment tracking, and inventory management activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and customer Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Providing technical support to customer operations to ensure smooth and effective service execution.
  • Supporting the Service Delivery Technical team in Root Cause Investigations, contributing to continuous improvement and operational reliability.
  • Maintaining strong proficiency in job cycle management and Job Center utilization, ensuring compliance with operational workflows and documentation requirements.
  • Supporting the Technical Service Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a relevant technical or operations discipline.
  • Have strong coordination and scheduling skills to manage operations and resource planning effectively.
  • Have the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Have strong analytical and forecasting skills to support operational efficiency and financial tracking.
