Services Cost Manager

What you will be doing:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join the Trent Fleet and Mature Engines Value Stream as a Services Cost Manager.
This is a secondment role until mid 2026.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President - Contract Management, you will define a robust cost strategy roadmap, policies and baseline cost assumptions which underpin the profitability of the Trent 1000/7000 so have a direct impact on our business performance. This will be for both existing and future business as well as evaluating the business impact of cost reduction proposals.
With over 600 aircraft in service and a growing orderbook of aircraft, the Trent 1000/7000 Value Stream covers the full breadth of activity of those engines in service and provides a unique opportunity to develop business breadth across the lifecycle of an engine.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will define, secure approval, own and communicate the aftermarket cost strategy consistent with delivery of improved contract returns, 5-year plan commitments, business plan requirements and overall margin improvement objectives. In addition you will:
Own the services cost attributes on behalf of the Trent 1000/7000, ensuring the inputs are robust, with clear action plans to reach the committed attributes where required.
