CACI is currently looking for a ServiceNow Product Architect with agile methodology experience to join our BEAGLE (Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading-Edge Information Technology) Agile Solution Factory (ASF) Team supporting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) client located in Northern Virginia!

As a member of the BEAGLE ASF Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation’s safety, security, and prosperity. CBP agents and officers are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity.

The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial.
You should have worked with or have a strong interest in agile software development practices and delivering deployable software in short sprints. This role serves as a hands-on technical and architectural leader, embedded with Agile delivery teams, responsible for ensuring ServiceNow solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise and program architecture standards.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as the technical lead and product architect for ServiceNow-based solutions
· Be responsible for all aspects of application architecture including data models, integrations, automation, security, and platform configuration
· Maintain a sound understanding of enterprise- and program-level architecture
· Liaise with Business Analysts to understand business needs and design solutions that meet those needs while complying with architectural standards
· Present and evangelize solutions to architecture guilds and management
· Work with Business Analysts and Scrum Masters to create implementation plans by developing epics and user stories
· Lead technical aspects of Agile ceremonies, including platform demonstrations to Product Owners and stakeholders
· Guide team members in breaking stories into tasks and completing work efficiently
· Mentor developers and testers, fostering a collaborative environment where questions and concerns are encouraged
· Keep current with ServiceNow platform capabilities and industry trends
· Delegate technical tasks and ensure sprint and release objectives are met
· Perform and participate in architecture design and reviews, ensuring alignment with future-state goals
· Identify architectural risks, opportunities, compliance issues, and technical debt
· Participate in sprint planning, testing, demonstrations, retrospectives, and solution releases
· Review cybersecurity assessments and static code analysis results and define remediation actions

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$113,200 - $237,800
