About the job

The ServiceNow developer will create governance standards and processes, validate data accuracy, and develop documentation for multiple modules.  The Administrator will work closely with the Architect to take direction and help create an environment of empowerment for the internal team. This position involves frequent interaction and collaboration with a variety of IT and business team members, assist with processes, developments, requirements gathering, upgrades and cloning and provide any needed guidance, support, and maintenance on the ServiceNow platform. The role(s) will take direction from the platform architect and platform leader.

Main responsibilities

• Configure and enhance core ServiceNow applications including Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge Base, and Reporting
• Resolve business incidents and service requests independently, ensuring platform stability and user satisfaction
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective platform solutions
• Load, maintain, and manage data integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
• Participate in feature deployments and platform releases, ensuring development standards and code quality are met
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve platform health and overall quality
• Work closely with the platform architect to support an empowered, high-performing internal team

About you

• Experience: Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer or administrator, with hands-on expertise across multiple IT modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM or similar)
• Technical skills: Strong development skills in JavaScript; experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST APIs; familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CAD or equivalent certification is a plus; ITIL familiarity is an advantage
• Soft skills: Strong communicator, collaborative team player, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The salary range for this position is :Ft12 960 000,00 - Ft19 440 000,00

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
