Experienced Service Technician

What You will Do

• Perform high-quality vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Inspect and evaluate vehicles to ensure safety and performance standards.
• Document repair recommendations and completed work with precision.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Stay current with Subaru and LAD training, tools, and technology.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive technician experience
• Subaru experience preferred (but not required)
• ASE certifications a plus
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $48,200.00 to $158,700.00, which includes bonus opportunities such as Production/Productivity.
