Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).
How you’ll make an impact
1. You will implement the service sales strategy by proactively developing new accounts and deeply penetrating existing customers (Installed Base). Strive to meet and exceed individual assigned targets for service sales volume and profitability also act as a technical expert for the service portfolio. Articulate and sell the complete range of service products (e.g., maintenance contracts, modernization, spare parts, digital solutions) by providing cost-effective Life Cycle Management proposals tailored to customer needs.
2. You will build and maintain strong professional relationships with customer technical, operational, and procurement decision-makers. Conduct regular visits and technical discussions to deeply understand customer business needs, operational challenges, and regulatory requirements, identifying sales opportunities and systematically analyze assigned customer installed base data using the approved company CRM and service database (e.g., ServIS) to identify potential service needs. Generate high-quality sales leads and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
3. You will prepare technical sales materials, customized service proposals, cost estimations, and preliminary quotations. For complex solutions, collaborate closely with internal technical teams, product managers, and service delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and competitiveness also support the Service Sales Manager in key customer negotiations by providing necessary technical clarifications and value justifications. Handle customer inquiries, technical aspects of tender documents, and follow through on the contract signing process.
4. You will gather information on market trends, competitor service offerings, and pricing. Provide timely feedback to the Service Sales Manager and team to inform sales strategy development also maintain effective communication with field service engineers, Business Units, and product sales teams. Ensure service sales activities are aligned with the broader company strategy and facilitate a smooth handover of sold opportunities to the delivery organization.
5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, service sales, application engineering, or field service engineering within an industrial sector (e.g., power, automation, manufacturing). Prior experience selling service products is a strong advantage.
3. Strong technical comprehension with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into tangible customer business value.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers at all levels and internal colleagues.
5. Foundational commercial and financial acumen, understanding pricing, cost, and profit concepts also self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
6. Fluency in English is required for professional use.
7. Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., ServIS) and MS Office. Willingness and ability to travel for customer visits as required.
