Service Sales Engineer

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Promote and sell after sales service solutions and system modernization to meet sales target

  • Responsible for developing sales of service products in Country (Philippines).

  • Prepare, generate proposals and follow-up quotations to secure orders.

  • Provide pre-sales preparation, sales negotiation and after sales service.

  • Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customer to promote extended sales coverage

  • Expand market share and increase customer base to achieve sales target by maintaining existing customers and build good relationship.

  • Work collaboratively with SFT technology centers to ensure full understanding of available service products and how they can be taken to the local markets.

  • Provide required reporting to SFT Organization.

  • Other task that maybe assigned by the Management.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Licensed Engineer or equivalent educational attainment

  • Strong mechanical aptitudes including know how on processing equipment for Separation, Decanters and Wastewater applications.

  • Good understanding of service sales costing

  • Strong customer service orientation (internal and external customers)

  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure

  • Being part of a small team, flexible to adapt to different tasks

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated and highly organized. Must be able to work independently. Willing to work beyond regular office hours (if necessary)

  • Excellent communications skills - must be proficient in English, have strong listening skills and enjoy working with people

  • Good computer literacy including knowledge of MS Word and Excel, MS PowerPoint.
