Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a large team of staff across service, sales, and building services project teams.

- Ensure smooth daily service delivery and customer support.
- Oversee maintenance quality, response times, and service KPIs.
- Manage building services project execution from planning to completion.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, timeline, and cost targets.
- Provide technical guidance on building services solutions.
- Support teams in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Work closely with the Service Sales Team to drive revenue growth.
- Support sales in solution development, proposals, and key customer meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve escalated issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across service and project teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related engineering field.
- Strong experience in building services solution.
- Proven leadership experience managing medium to large teams.
- Experience in service operations, project delivery, and commercial support.
- Strong communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
