Job Description

角色与职责

  • 客户培训是客户服务中非常重要的一环,包含技术,临床和管理等内容,通过发掘历史数据,并学习现有业务发生的规律和商务流程,定义客户培训产品战略和路线图,包括设计新产品方案、流程优化等;
  • 根据当下客户服务业务的快速成长特点,将相关产品策略贯彻至前线,并于其它服务产品结合,确保新的培训产品落地与推广;
  • 协调不同部门,解决现有培训流程中存在的挑战与漏洞,优化客户体验,更好的传递给客户价值;
  • 创建和/或更新用于与产品交流和促进产品提供的产品手册和销售工具。
  • 您将与市场营销和网页设计团队合作,更新/增强数字营销工具,以改善用户体验。
  • 为销售团队培训,包括产品/市场/商务流程等
  • 调整销售工具和理想的销售流程,以优化购买体验
  • 负责产品的盈利能力和产品组合的定价,并推动产品成本的计划,针对不同的设备及客户类型定义不同的产品策略和价格政策
  • 为产品制定市场营销策略,并衡量项目的有效性
  • 管理内外部的培训资源,发展专家及资源库

基本资格

  • 生物医学工程学士学位或相关学历,或人力资源,管理等相关专业,医学相关领域5年客户培训,产品营销或相关领域经验

所需特性

  • 有良好的商务影响能力
  • 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力
  • 具有较强的分析和处理能力
  • 有与销售团队,临床团队,工程师团队互动的经验
  • 熟悉数字营销和现场营销等方方面面
  • 具有较强的英语沟通能力
  • 接受全国差旅,时间占比25%左右
  • 具有良好的客户沟通和合作能力
  • 必须是一个激励者,自我主动者,具备敬业与团队精神
