At GEA, we are strengthening the visibility and growth of our 'Nutrition Plant Engineering' (NPE) Service business through focused service marketing initiatives and commercial support activities.
As part of the divisional marketing team, the Service Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of service marketing activities that enhance customer engagement, strengthen the installed base, and contribute to service growth.
From our office in Søborg, you will work closely with Service, Sales, and Communications across the world to translate service value propositions into clear and effective marketing activities. This is an execution-focused position for a strong B2B marketer who enjoys coordination, content development, and turning strategy into action.
Responsibilities / Tasks
In this role, you will support and execute service marketing activities aligned with NPE priorities and business growth ambitions.
Specifically, you will:
- Execute service marketing campaigns and support go-to-market activities for service products and digital service solutions.
- Develop, adapt, and maintain service marketing and sales enablement materials, including presentations, brochures, cases, and digital content.
- Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives in close collaboration with service sales teams and through events and other commercial activities.
- Ensure consistent application of GEA branding across service marketing materials and support updates of service content on websites and digital channels.
- Support planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up of service marketing activities, including basic campaign performance tracking and reporting.
Collaborate closely with NPE Service, Sales, Divisional Marketing, Global Communications, regional teams, and external agencies when needed.
Expected travel days per year: 5- 10
Your Profile / Qualifications
We are looking for a structured and proactive colleague with a strong interest in service business development and B2B marketing. You enjoy working across functions, managing stakeholders, and turning plans into high-quality execution.
Ideally, you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Have 3+ years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within B2B, industrial, or service-related sectors.
- Have experience with campaign execution, content creation, and coordination of marketing activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Have a strong interest in service business development, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement.
- Are fluent in English and have working knowledge of digital marketing, CMS tools, and preferably CRM platforms or basic design tools.
