Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and develop all service department personnel

  • Forecast, set, and achieve department performance goals

  • Prepare and manage the annual operating budget

  • Monitor productivity, efficiency, CSI, warranty, and profitability metrics

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

  • Oversee hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management

  • Partner with fixed ops leadership and dealership management to drive growth

  • Foster a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of Service Management or Fixed Ops leadership experience with a proven track record of driving department performance

  • Advanced automotive knowledge; Ferrari expertise strongly preferred, along with ASE or manufacturer certifications

  • Experience with aftermarket services such as PPF (Paint Protection Film) and wheel repair preferred

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and departmental KPIs

  • Team-oriented, hands-on leader with excellent communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Advanced knowledge of automobiles and repair work

  • High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

  • A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
