Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Lead and develop all service department personnel
Forecast, set, and achieve department performance goals
Prepare and manage the annual operating budget
Monitor productivity, efficiency, CSI, warranty, and profitability metrics
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Oversee hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management
Partner with fixed ops leadership and dealership management to drive growth
Foster a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement
Here’s what you’ll need:
3+ years of Service Management or Fixed Ops leadership experience with a proven track record of driving department performance
Advanced automotive knowledge; Ferrari expertise strongly preferred, along with ASE or manufacturer certifications
Experience with aftermarket services such as PPF (Paint Protection Film) and wheel repair preferred
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and departmental KPIs
Team-oriented, hands-on leader with excellent communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills
Strong problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal)
Advanced knowledge of automobiles and repair work
High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
