Analyze and resolve complex technical and functional issues for HR systems
Receive, classify, and resolve user inquiries and incidents related to HR systems
Administer HR systems by managing user accounts, roles, master data, and system parameters
Perform regular system checks, data validations, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Advise HR departments on system functionalities and digital process improvements
Prepare and coordinate trainings for new functionalities within the HR systems
Collaborate with IT teams and external providers on system development, testing and release management
Contribute to HR-related IT projects and assist in optimizing HR processes
Create and maintain user documentation and knowledge base articles
Support audits and ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards
Experience: 7+ years HR professional with fair understanding of all HR processes along with IT overview and architect understanding
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable field, combined with relevant professional experience.
Hands-on experience in supporting and administering HR systems
Good understanding of HR processes and IT system architecture
Strong service orientation and communication skills
Structured and solution-oriented working style
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a global team
