The Business Systems Analyst serves as a strategic liaison between business units and IT, ensuring that technology solutions align with organizational goals. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to support system enhancements, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. What you'll be doing

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and align with business strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-department discussions to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
  • Manage delivery of new systems and enhancements, ensuring timely implementation and functionality improvements.
  • Support Respiratory Health applications as a business process and system expert.
  • Design and develop enterprise-wide data analysis and reporting solutions to optimize decision-making and revenue growth.
  • Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language, bridging communication between technical teams and business users.
  • Monitor system health and data integrity, conducting audits and driving continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and consultants to implement innovative technologies and optimize workflows.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with enterprise systems.
  • B.A/B.S. in Analytics, Business Management, Computer Science, or related field, or related work experience
  • Experience with the following software/applications strongly preferred: Cognos BI, Power BI, SQL Server Management Studio, Power Automate, Informatica, Python, TIMS, AL

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $72,000.00 to $99,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location.
