Job Description Summary

The Lead Service Integrator within Cyclotron Service Engineering is responsible for ensuring end-to-end service readiness and operational integration of cyclotron systems across their full lifecycle. The role ensures that complex cyclotron equipment, associated subsystems, software, and Radiopharmacy interfaces are fully serviceable, supportable, and scalable for global field service operations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end service readiness for cyclotron systems and upgrades

  • Act as the primary interface between Cyclotron R&D, Service Engineering, and Regional/Field Service organizations

  • Lead service integration activities for New Product Introductions (NPI), system upgrades, FMI, EOS, and EOL

  • Ensure design-for-service is applied to cyclotrons, targets, RF systems, vacuum, cooling, and control systems

  • Validate service processes, tools, and spare-part strategies under real operational and regulatory conditions

  • Create and deliver comprehensive technical documentation, including integration guides, service manuals, and troubleshooting procedures.

  • Coordinate service documentation, training readiness, and spare-parts availability prior to field release

  • Capture field feedback and drive corrective and preventive actions

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in service processes, tools, and technical documentation.


Qualifications

  • Significant working experience within the Radiopharmacy space

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, Nuclear Engineering, or similar)

  • Strong experience in cyclotron systems, high-energy equipment, or complex industrial installations

  • Proven track record in technical service, system integration, or lifecycle ownership

  • Experience working in regulated environments (radiation safety, EHS, quality systems)

  • Fluent English
