As part of our Service Desk gang:

  • You will receive and solve IT problems of corporate customers on a daily basis in Finnish

  • You will get a knowledgeable and encouraging work community as part of a well-known international organization

  • You will have the opportunity to grow and develop as an IT professional

  • You get to solve challenging, interesting, and varied problems

  • You will have access to all the necessary tools such as a phone, laptop and any other remote communication tool.
     

Typical problem situations are related to e.g. workstations, servers, printers, networks, mobile devices, and various software. If necessary, support requests are escalated to a second-level team of experts or local support, but typical problem situations are resolved during the first contact.

We hope from you:

  • Appropriate IT education or final studies (eg. datanomi, IT tradenomi)

  • Strong knowledge of Windows workstation environments

  • Good management of the Microsoft Office product family

  • Experience in AD user management

  • Take initiative, are responsible, and diligent

  • Versatile problem-solving capabilities and a customer-oriented approach

  • Fluent oral and written proficiency in Finnish

  • ServiceNow expertise is considered an advantage

  • Genuine interest in customer service work on IT problem situations

  • You are a skilled problem solver and enjoy yourself from time to time even in a hectic work environment.
