What You’ll Get to Do

CACI is seeking a Servicer Delivery Manager for the DHS CDM DEFEND A Service Delivery Management team. The person selected for this position will support a complex service delivery practice that includes interface with the DHS OCIO CDM POC and individual DHS Component CDM POCs to facilitate communications between the DEFEND A program and DHS Components.

The Service Delivery Manager will conduct CDM-specific technical exchange meetings that further CDM efforts at the Component level as well as individual Component-funded Requests for Services (RFS) cybersecurity-related projects that encompass new, typically short-duration cybersecurity projects that can operate between 6-to-24 months in duration. The Service Delivery Manager will provide up-to-date information on the program’s ability to support any of the four CDM Capability areas (Asset Management, Identity and Access Management, Network Protection, and Data Protection) and DEFEND A’s ability to provide cybersecurity project support using CACI resources and proven technology capabilities.

This position will support the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Program’s mission to safeguard and secure cyberspace in an environment where the threat of cyber-attack is continuously growing and evolving and is responsible for enhancing the security, resilience, and reliability of the Nation’s cyber and communications infrastructure.  The CDM Program defends the United States (U.S.) Federal Information Technology (IT) networks from cybersecurity threats by providing continuous monitoring sensors (tools), diagnosis, mitigation tools, and associated services to strengthen the security posture of Government networks.
