Manage intake and creation of work orders
Review and manage service related documentation
Compile customer information and submit for approval
Invoicing service workorders for internal and external customers
Invoicing Warranty claims
General administration and clerical duties, as required
Collection of customer payments
Qualifications:
Excellent time management skills
Team player with ability to work in fast paced environment
2-3 years of administrative experience considered an asset
Computer proficiency with a variety of software
Customer Service mindset
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Important Notes:
This is a permanent, full time position for our Regina location
This position is currently on a Monday to Friday shift, but may switch to a 7x7 continuous shift
