The role focuses on creating accurate service quotes and supporting the full lifecycle of service agreements, including activation, renewal, and updates. A key priority is reducing processing volume by improving quote quality, minimizing rework, and identifying recurring issues that slow down the workflow. The position supports sales and customers by ensuring complete, timely, and compliant service quote submissions, troubleshooting discrepancies, and maintaining efficient processes that shorten turnaround times and enhance overall service performance.

This position is a B3 level 

What will you be doing? 

Service Quote Creation & Processing

• Prepare, update, and deliver service quotes based on customer and field requests.

Service Agreement Management

• Support activation, renewal, cancellation, and modifications of service agreements.

Volume Reduction & Workflow Efficiency

• Identify common errors that create repeat work and help eliminate root causes.

Customer & Sales Support

• Respond to service‑related inquiries via email, CRM, or phone.

What will you need to be successful?  

Education: BS in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in service operations, order management, quoting, contracts, or customer support related roles.

• Candidates must have experience in medical devices and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

• Strong attention to accuracy to avoid rework.

• Ability to work quickly while managing high request volumes

• Strong communication to clarify information and streamline workflows

• Fluent in English (B2+ / C1)

Desired

• SAP and CRM experience (quote entry, pricing, service contracts).

• Excel skills for report extraction and volume analysis.
