As a BDC Service Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting our Service departments. Your role will be key in keeping operations smooth and customers happy.
Connect with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to schedule appointments and follow up
Maintain and organize our customer database
Stay up-to-date on Audi product info, promotions, and pricing
Help convert leads into loyal customers with your positive attitude and excellent service
Coordinate schedules and keep things running like a well-oiled machine
Strong communication skills (phone and email)
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Fast and accurate typing; bonus points for strong computer and phone skills
