THE JOB:
As a Service Bar Bartender, you are the engine behind beverage service. You’ll prepare high-quality cocktails and beverages for the guest, ensuring accuracy, speed, and consistency. Working closely with servers and the culinary team, you’ll keep service flowing smoothly while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar environment.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Prepare & Serve Beverages: Accurately mix and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on standardized recipes and service tickets.
Support Service Operations: Fulfill drink orders efficiently for servers to ensure timely and seamless food and beverage service.
Maintain Cleanliness & Compliance: Keep the service bar clean, organized, and compliant with all health, safety, and alcohol service standards.
Inventory & Stocking: Monitor and restock bar supplies, garnishes, mixers, and glassware to support uninterrupted service.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with servers, supervisors, and kitchen teams during high-volume periods.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 21 years of age
Previous bartending experience preferred

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$16.03
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
