Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Greet guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and provide prompt, courteous table service throughout their visit.
- Handle phone orders, schedule reservations, and coordinate amenity deliveries with the kitchen.
- Process guest payments, reconcile receipts, and report tips for tax purposes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and assigned sections.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies while assisting with guest issues as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
- 6+ months of customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience preferred.
- Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and being on your feet throughout the shift.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with the Micros point-of-sale system preferred.
