This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
What You'll Get To Do:
This position will report up through the Digital Ecosystem (DE) Segment on the Sentinel Program. Candidates for this position will demonstrate a broad skill set that is balanced across technical, leadership, collaboration, innovation, communication, project management, risk management, and earned value management. The selected candidate should be detail oriented, have an aptitude to work collaboratively with our cross-functional organization. This position will be a Control Account Manager (CAM) and Project Manager for the Systems Engineering and Test organization. This position will also be a Control Account Manager (CAM) and Project Manager for the Digital Strategy Integration and Cloud Operations organization.
Basic Qualifications:
Principal Technical Project Manager - CAM: 5 Years with Bachelor’s in related field of study, 3 Years with Masters, 1 Years with PhD or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree.
Sr. Principal Technical Project Manager - CAM: 8 Years with Bachelor’s in related field of study, 6 Years with Masters, 4 Years with PhD or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree.
Must have U.S. Citizenship with a current or active DoD Secret level clearance.
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing EVMS projects
Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances to meet business needs
Ability to obtain Control Account Manager (CAM) certification
Strong foundation in EVMS knowledge
Proficiency in Atlassian tool suite
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite - Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a project manager, program manager, or control account manager with robust Full Criteria Earned Value Management (EVMS) (labor, material, Subs, IWOs)
Experience with risk and opportunity management
Experience with contract actions and vehicles
Experience in briefing executive leadership
PMP Certification
Capable of working with minimal direction, independently determines and develops technical objectives of assignments, and presents work upon completion for high level review.
Ability to provide and implement solutions to advanced problems which require ingenuity and innovation

Primary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
