Fictiv is seeking a Senior Web Developer to lead our web development efforts from our Pune office. This role is responsible for overseeing the Pune-based web development team, executing the technical roadmap, and ensuring the Fictiv website is a high-performing, high-converting, scalable, and user-friendly platform. This leader will drive architectural improvements focused on customizability for non-developer stakeholders and integrate modern practices, including the use of AI to enhance our development cycles.
