We are looking for a Senior UX Specialist who can modernize and elevate the experience across our digital platforms as our electric and digital portfolio continues to expand. In this role, you will play a key part in defining how customers interact with our cloud platforms, mobile applications, and connected devices, ensuring intuitive and scalable experiences across the ecosystem.
Meet your future team
In this role, you will shape how users experience our digital solutions across cloud, app, and partner ecosystems. Working closely with our UX Lead Architect and product teams, you will define and implement UX/UI principles that ensure our platforms are intuitive, scalable, and consistent across web, mobile, and cloud interfaces. Your work will directly support the growth of our digital business by improving customer journeys, solving real usability challenges, and enabling seamless interactions across devices and services.
A key part of the role is bringing structure and direction to UX across complex systems. You will develop information architecture, navigation models, and interaction patterns that support multi-platform environments while ensuring consistency and scalability. At the same time, you will help establish and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guidelines that make it easier for both internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality user experiences.
You will also play an important role in collaboration across the organization. By facilitating design workshops, conducting user research, and leading usability testing, you will help teams make informed design decisions that balance user needs, technical realities, and business goals.
Working closely with product managers, architects, developers, and external partners, you will help ensure that UX is integrated early in the development process and that solutions remain aligned with both customer value and financial considerations.
Because our solutions span cloud services, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, and connected devices, you will design and guide user flows that ensure smooth integrations across systems. You will also help monitor and support external partners to ensure UX quality and consistency across the broader ecosystem.
As part of our modernization journey, we are also exploring how AI-supported tools can accelerate design and validation processes. In this role, you will help leverage these capabilities to create faster prototypes, validate concepts through POCs and MVPs, and establish better tracking of user experience quality over time.
