Job Title: Senior UX Designer
Location: Bangalore (3 days a week work from Conga office)
Reports to: Manager, Product Management
A quick snapshot...
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to provide deep tactical design expertise and execution leadership for our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) SaaS platform. This position is focused into hands-on design excellence and tactical delivery leadership. You will drive multiple high-priority design initiatives to completion, solve complex UX challenges, and ensure flawless execution across workstreams.

A Sr. UX designer will play a crucial role in developing the UI for our CLM products and give an exceptionally pleasant experience to our users which directly impacts the revenue and growth of the organisation.
Are you the person we are looking for?
Related Experience. You must have 5+ years of experience in professional UX/UI design experience, with expertise in hands-on design execution and tactical leadership.
Tools & Technologies. You have experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, Track record of reducing design debt while shipping new features. You also have expertise in design triage and prioritization, good knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/React/Next.js) and design automation and efficiency tools
Hands-On Design Execution. You know how to personally create designs for the most complex and critical features and rapidly produce high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and specifications. You are good in using V0 and Vercel to quickly iterate and validate design solutions
Tactical Design Leadership. You will own and execute 4-6 concurrent design workstreams with competing deadlines. You will also lead daily/weekly design reviews and critiques for quality assurance.
Consistency and Speed. You are good in making rapid UX design decisions to unblock engineering teams and maintain velocity. You will coordinate UX design efforts across multiple features to ensure consistency and provide immediate solutions to complex UX problems as they arise
Technical Design Problem-Solving. You are in solving complex interaction design challenges in document workflows. You know how to design for edge cases and error states in contract management processes. You will create detailed specifications for engineering handoff.
Coordination and Optimization. You know how to work directly with engineers to resolve implementation challenges and optimize designs for technical feasibility without sacrificing user experience
Design Operations & Process. You will establish efficient design workflows for rapid delivery and create reusable component patterns to accelerate future work. You will also streamline design-to-development handoff processes, follow effective file organization and version control in Figma and document design decisions for team reference
Here’s what will give you an edge...
A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating. You can deliver high-volume design output with exceptional craft quality, solve complex problems across multiple concurrent projects with detailed interaction design and micro-interactions.
Deadline. You have a history of meeting or exceeding aggressive deadlines without quality compromise and show before/after examples showing design improvements.
Technical & Execution Excellence. You have Expert-level speed and proficiency in Figma (must work 2-3x faster than typical senior designers). You demonstrate experience with Vercel for rapid deployment and testing. You have mastery of V0 by Vercel for instant UI generation and iteration. You are able to produce pixel-perfect, production-ready designs quickly and have strong understanding of development constraints and technical feasibility
Tactical Leadership. You have a great track record of unblocking teams and maintaining project momentum. You show excellence in design QA and catching issues before development
Good to have. It is good if you have Prior Experience with CLM products and its Contract authoring and template management systems, legal document collaboration interfaces, approval workflows and signature processes, contract analytics and reporting dashboards and clause libraries with legal operations tools.
