We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Associate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who is eager to grow their skills and contribute to a variety of exciting projects. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating compelling visual content. You will work closely with our Head of Brand and Design, marketing team, and agency partners to produce high-quality work that aligns with our brand identity.

How you will contribute: 

  • Support Head of Brand and Design in the conceptualization and execution of design projects supporting master brand and individual product line brands. 

  • Create engaging visual assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, presentations, event graphics and printed marketing materials. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and meet project objectives. 

  • Adhere to and help maintain brand guidelines across all creative output to ensure a cohesive brand experience. 

  • Prepare design files for print production and digital deployment. 

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to creative campaigns. 

What you will bring: 

  • 2-4 years of professional design experience. 

  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and a solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout. 

  • Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Express); Figma  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint and Word.  

  •  Familiarity/experience with simple video editing and animation is a plus.  

  • Basic understanding of web coding and/or web CMS (i.e. HubSpot) is a plus. 

  • Familiarity with digital and print design processes. 

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. 

  • Ability to generate original ideas and translate them into effective designs. 

  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively within a team and receive constructive feedback. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

Compensation


The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.

Min – Max :

$61,800.00 - $92,700.00 (USD)
