What it’s like to be a Northbridge Senior Underwriter
Our Senior Underwriters provide complete solutions for our commercial mid‑market businesses, supporting clients within our Healthcare, Education & Social Services (HESS) and Consumer Business Services teams. They work closely with a wide range of broker partners to gain a holistic understanding of each risk and make sound underwriting decisions across property, casualty, and auto lines of business. They are passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and leverage their strong technical expertise to ensure risks are assessed accurately and responsibly.
While they are already experts in their field, Northbridge is committed to ongoing growth and development. Working within a collaborative team environment, Senior Underwriters provide coaching, mentoring, and development support to less experienced underwriters, contributing to shared success and continuous learning.
