YOU
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you bring strong technical HTML and CSS abilities combined with creative design skills and visual problem-solving expertise. You have experience working with modern content management systems and email platforms, and can efficiently create engaging digital experiences using component-based design systems. You’re equally comfortable configuring CMS components and hand coding HTML when needed. Your attention to detail and structured approach to work ensures high quality deliverables with minimal supervision, and you communicate effectively across time zones.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Digital Marketing Production (Primary Focus)
You will support the Global Marketing team by producing high‑quality digital assets that go live on our websites and email channels. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, working within established platforms, templates, and design systems.
Build and update landing pages using Bloomreach CMS and existing component libraries.
Produce marketing email campaigns in HubSpot based on approved design briefs and content.
Apply brand standards and design systems to ensure consistency across web and email.
Make light HTML/CSS adjustments when needed (layout, formatting, tables, content structure).
Ensure pages and emails to render correctly across browsers, devices, and email clients.
Partner closely with US‑based designers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver work accurately and on time.
UI / UX & Design Enablement
As the team and capabilities mature, this role may expand beyond marketing production to support internal digital tools used by Marketing, Sales, and Enterprise Services teams. This work will focus on improving usability, consistency, and efficiency across internal applications.
Contribute to UI and UX improvements for internal web‑based or desktop applications.
Create wireframes, simple user flows, and interface layouts to support internal workflows.
Apply and extend existing design systems, UI patterns, and reusable components
Support basic design documentation to ensure consistency and scalability
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and developers to translate requirements into usable, practical designs.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Education
Degree or diploma in Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Formal education is valued but not required if you have a strong portfolio and relevant work experience
2. Technical Skills
Required:
3–5+ years of experience in web production, digital design, or UI‑focused roles.
Strong visual design skills with attention to layout, typography, and brand consistency.
Hands‑on experience building pages using CMS platforms (Bloomreach or similar such as WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, etc.).
Experience producing marketing email campaigns using platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic layout and content structure adjustments (tables, formatting, simple edits).
Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Ability to follow established design systems and component libraries.
Good English reading and writing skills for collaborating with global stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to deliver quality work under deadlines.
Nice to have:
Experience contributing to UI/UX improvements for internal tools or applications
Familiarity with wireframes, basic user flows, or usability‑focused design
Exposure to design systems or reusable UI components
Experience working with B2B, enterprise, or internal-facing products
Basic understanding of front‑end development or developer handoff
