Senior Treasury Analyst

USA - Riverwoods, IL Full time

Job Location: Hybrid role out of the Riverwoods, IL office. 3-4 days required in office per week.

Schedule: Standard 40 hour work week, 8a-5p or 7a-4p CST


As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will engage in advanced treasury operations and contribute significantly to the financial strategy of the organization. Your role involves a higher level of responsibility and autonomy, providing critical support to ensure robust cash management and financial forecasting. This position is ideal for individuals who are ready to deepen their expertise in treasury functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex cash positioning and consolidate short-term forecasts.
  • Analyze and interpret cash flow trends and variances.
  • Execute and monitor complex foreign exchange and hedging transactions.
  • Manage short-term investment portfolios and optimize return.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of complex bank accounts and financial transactions.
  • Support the development and implementation of advanced treasury strategies.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management.
  • Ensure compliance with complex regulatory requirements.
  • Lead projects related to treasury systems and process enhancements.
  • Coordinate with external financial institutions for treasury operations.


Skills:

  • 5-7+ years of treasury experience required
  • Advanced Financial Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial markets, instruments, and principles.
  • Advanced Excel and Financial Software: Proficiency in using advanced functionalities for financial analysis.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in handling complex financial data.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Leadership in coordinating team efforts and projects.
  • Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing multiple complex tasks and deadlines.
  • Analytical Thinking: Advanced ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Thorough understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) Certification preferred.

Compensation:

$78,400.00 - $136,950.00 USD

 

This role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
