Senior Treasury Analyst

Let’s start with the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and systems-oriented Senior Treasury Analyst to lead our global treasury operations and drive the technical optimization of our Treasury Management System (Kyriba). In this role, you will act as the primary architect of our daily liquidity position, managing global cash flows and intercompany funding while building the foundation for a future global cash pooling structure. You will serve as the technical lead for all treasury systems, ensuring seamless bank connectivity and robust compliance across our international footprint.

 

• Cash & Liquidity: Manage daily global cash positioning and initiate intercompany funding to ensure entity-level liquidity and minimize idle balances;
• Systems Leadership: Act as the Kyriba Power User, governing bank connectivity (MT940/XML), payment workflows, and system security profiles;
• Banking Infrastructure: Oversee global bank account management (BAM), including account rationalization, signatory updates, and banking partner consolidation;
• Analysis & Reporting: Develop the 13-week cash flow forecast and deliver actionable variance analysis to senior leadership;
• Strategy Development: Lead the technical research and business case preparation for the implementation of a future Global Cash Pooling and In-House Banking framework;
• Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to Treasury Policy, Internal and External controls, and any other Treasury reporting requirements.

 

What you’ll bring:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation is a significant plus;
• 5+ years in the corporate treasury, specifically within a multinational environment;
• Advanced proficiency in Kyriba (Administrator level preferred) and strong Excel modeling skills;
• Deep understanding of global banking protocols, SWIFT connectivity, and intercompany loan mechanics;
• A systems-first mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environmen;.
• Fluency in English both verbal and written.
