The Boeing CompanyBoeing’s Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) organization is seeking a Senior Transportation & Facilities Analyst to lead data-driven operations and vendor performance across the employee transportation (shuttle) program at our Charleston, South Carolina location.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
In this role, you will manage daily shuttle program execution, optimize routes and resource allocation, lead supplier performance management, and drive improvements in cost, service levels, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This position works cross-functionally with multiple COE’s, Security, and site leadership.
You will be responsible for orchestrating multiple vendors (transport providers, dispatch/ambassador teams, and technology partners) to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective employee transportation that supports Boeing’s business operations.
Position Responsibilities:
Data Analytics & Operational Performance
Monitor and analyze shuttle utilization, route performance, wait times, and resource alignment using data platforms (TripShot or similar).
Develop dashboards and KPIs that show operational performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide daily/weekly/monthly operations reporting to site and program leadership.
Supplier & Contract Management
Coordinate multiple transportation suppliers (shuttle operators, ambassador/dispatch staff, etc.) ensuring accountability to KPIs and SLAs.
Manage vendor cost tracking, invoice validation, and monthly accrual alignment.
Continuous Improvement / Change Leadership
Lead initiatives to improve shuttle routing efficiency, rider experience, and service reliability.
Act as change agent—able to pivot as business demands change, including new route deployment, headcount surges, or construction impacts.
Benchmark industry practices and integrate best-in-class operations solutions.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Engage regularly with COEs (Maintenance, Projects, Planning), HR, Security, and site business units to align transportation support to business need.
Provide clear communication to suppliers and Boeing stakeholders during route changes, ramp-ups, and operational shifts.
Serve as the primary point of contact and SME for transportation operations on site.
Financial / Budget Responsibilities
Monitor and forecast spend; provide data-driven cost analysis and variance explanations.
Ensure timely and accurate invoice reconciliation, cost coding, and budget alignment.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
5+ years of experience working in logistics or transportation
Experience using data platforms or analytics tools (Excel, Tableau/Power BI, or transportation software such as TripShot).
Proven ability to manage multiple vendors / external partners toward performance expectations.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience developing reports, presenting findings, and communicating results to leadership.
Experience supporting Facilities Management, Transportation, or IFM programs.
Experience managing contracted labor or supplier performance programs.
Experience with CMMS/maintenance systems (Corrigo, Maximo, SAP, etc.).
Strong financial acumen (forecasting, invoice validation, cost tracking).
Demonstrated ability to lead change in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $136,850 - $185,150
