  • Leadership in Training: Lead and inspire a team of Client Training Associates to provide seamless support and innovative training solutions. Your commitment to training excellence will empower them to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Quality Assurance Champion: Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of necessary Quality Frameworks and structures across all customer contacts and work streams. Your focus on quality will enhance client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from a four-year college or university is preferred, along with 5 years of experience in training and quality, including two to four years in progressive management roles.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Office skills to enhance training delivery and streamline operations.
  • Organizational Mastery: Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
  • Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team, fostering a professional environment centered around service excellence and quality.
  • Initiative and Ownership: A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and quality enhancement.
