C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to join our regional HR team (North/SE Asia). In this key position, you will will work to bring consistency and leverage our scale to manage our current benefit offerings in the region. You will also guide and support the business with our annual salary and bonus payments, so we drive consistency across the region. This role will partner with the corporate office in the U.S. as we evaluate our benefits offerings and salaries to assure market competitiveness.

Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Benefits 30%
- Collaborate with US Benefits team in review of all C.H. Robinson benefits in region and make recommendations on immediate items that need to be changed versus those that are part of our long-term benefit evaluation
- Partner with the corporate office on benefit projects that require expertise in the local market, share feedback and help prioritize our biggest gaps compared to market
- In the short-term, help to drive consistency and leverage scale to reduce costs in areas such as commercial insurance plans, local foreign employee insurance plans, negotiating with current benefits administrators, etc
Compensation 60%
- Provide guidance and support on new tax law changes and updates in region
- Complete job evaluations and act as the subject matter expert for region for the annual merit process as required
- Manage the annual compensation planning process and partner with the HRBP team
- Partner with the corporate office on compensation projects that require expertise in the local market
- Provide feedback to the corporate compensation team to accurately represent the local market and C.H. Robinson structure in country specifically
- Ensure compensation practices are compliant with current laws
- Guide the business on commission plans and annual incentive plans questions
General 10%
- Support and manage Compensation & Benefits work in Workday
- Manage global mobility for country moves and partner with corporate office for expatriate moves to country
- Partner with global mobility vendor
- Help manage review of local handbook and company policies
- Coordinate communication of compensation and benefits information to employees and other HR groups
- Advise other members of HR team on basic C&B topics and provide expert level support to the business leaders as necessary
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
- Involved in other HR related projects as needed
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree of equivalent from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience in compensation and benefits with expertise in region
- Fluent in local language and proficient in English

- Experience collaborating and consulting with global teams
- Experience with Workday and Payfactors
- Knowledgeable about regional labor law generally, labor law differences in various cities in country and background creating policy documents and handbooks
- Background working for multi-national companies
- Independency, accuracy, keen on learning
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good at communicating and building relationships with peers and senior leaders
- Strong problem solving/critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation/communication proficiency
- Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization
