About your team

You’ll join a passionate mobile engineering team dedicated to building intuitive, high-performance apps that enhance user experiences. Our work impacts thousands of customers in Unite Kindom who is using Fidelity pension business and personal investment as well as driving engagement and business growth.

About your role

As a Technology Quality Assurance our mobile team, you will work as a key member of implementation of robust end-to-end automation testing solutions that ensure the quality and in reliability of our mobile applications. Your work will directly impact user experience by enabling faster releases and reducing defects through scalable test automation. You’ll develop and maintain frameworks using WebdriverIO (WDIO) and Cucumber, while leveraging JavaScript/TypeScript for scripting and integration. Beyond building tests, you’ll collaborate with developers and QA engineers to define best practices, optimize pipelines, and drive automation coverage across the product lifecycle—making a measurable difference in delivering high-quality apps to our customers.

About you

You have proven expertise in end-to-end automation testing in mobile application with hands-on experience in WebdriverIO (WDIO) and Cucumber frameworks.

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and have a strong understanding of test automation principles, including BDD and CI/CD integration.
• With at least 3+ years of experience in test automation.
• Excel at building scalable frameworks and writing maintainable test scripts.
• Experience in mobile app testing and API validation is essential.
• Thrive in collaborative environments and take ownership of delivering reliable, automated solutions.
