Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage sales support activities to enhance overall sales effectiveness
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned areas
· Build and maintain strong, direct relationships with key HCPs to enhance company visibility and reputation
· Support the Arthroplasty KOL development initiatives and execution of NPL strategies
· Provide clinical and commercial support for the Arthroplasty products, including Cori business
· Collaborate closely with distributors to address increasing support needs and drive business growth
· Act as a key internal member to the sales team, minimizing learning curves and ensuring smooth execution of strategies
Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the healthcare or medical device industry
· Strong understanding of sales support, KOL management, and distributor collaboration
· Proven experience working directly with HCPs and opinion leaders
· Experience in orthopedic and/or arthroplasty business is highly preferred
· Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth at a regional/provincial level
· Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
