Senior Technology Product Manager

About the Role: 

As Senior Technology Product Manager you will play a key role in contributing to product design, feature development, and strategic planning. Your input will be valuable in ensuring our products meet market needs and customer expectations.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps for the cloud infrastructure platform, aligning with business goals and customer need.

  • Conduct in-depth market and user research to inform product features.  

  • Monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and stakeholder feedback. 

  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, effectively communicating progress, risk, and technical concepts in an accessible way. 

  • Monitor product performance and suggest improvements. 

  • Define and document product requirements and specifications. Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, API specifications, and release notes. 

  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure product alignment. 

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams to gather requirements, prioritize the backlog, and deliver value incrementally 

  • Translate business and technical requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team. 

  • Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), ensuring alignment and transparency. 

Skills required: ​

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing competing priorities.

  • Ability in interpreting and using data to make informed decisions. 

  • Basic proficiency in design principles and user experience. 

  • Ability to manage tasks and milestones using PM tools. 

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical requirements and constraints. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

  • Team player attitude, enthusiasm, proactivity, and autonomy. 

  • Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English.
