Job Description:

The Senior Test Technician supports the test area by performing complex testing, troubleshooting, and checkout of electro-mechanical and electronic systems. This role works closely with Engineering and Production to ensure reliable test execution, fault isolation, and equipment support for production hardware. This is a senior, independent contributor role with minimal supervision.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-9 years of experience in electronics assembly and test.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and engineering drawings.
  • Experience with soldering and cable assembly.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commitment to teamwork, quality, and process discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
  • J-STD certification (terminals and wires, through-hole, and surface mount).
  • Experience with ultra-high vacuum systems.
  • Experience with RF and microwave technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related test or engineering technician role.
  • High-precision timing, test, and measurement experience.

Working Environment


Highly technical and scientific manufacturing environment using a variety of production and test equipment, including application-specific systems.

The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $24.52-$53.85.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
