Position Summary

A career in Technical Training will To provide training that is required to perform maintenance and work on infrastructure, such as operation qualification training regulated by the government. Roles also include may include training related to the use of computers, computer systems or applications, machinery, or other technical products. This typically includes overseeing the development and implementation of such activities, collaborating with other functions to ensure training material is accurate and reflective of skills needed/desired.

Essential Functions:
Roles within Technical Training are responsible for the overall learning and development for the organization. The team is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating employee development plans and programs to support the organizational needs to comply with state regulations.

  • Independently planning and executing assigned tasks that support routine activities and project goals
  • Helping select appropriate methods and techniques in performing tasks
  • Collaborating with supervisory personnel to develop routine methods and demonstrating good level of understanding project goals and methods
  • Independently performing various aspects of classroom and hands on trainings.
  • Perform Field evaluations. Ride in the field with employees to verify they are prepared to perform a particular job function
  • Recommending alternatives, identifying new methods and techniques and proactively seeking out senior personnel to discuss potential solutions to problems
  • Participating in group meetings. Presenting results of work, interpreting data, and drawing conclusions regarding presented material and nature of work

This role will be a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization. This role will resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways. This role is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position. You will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. It is expected that you will demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Additionally, you will network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

It is expected that your role is proficient in most types of works within the group/project team and may act as a technical resource for less experienced employees. Additionally, it is expected that you may present results in team meetings. You will receive little instruction on day-to-day work and receive general instructions on new assignments. Qualifications

Required Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or;
  • Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

    Compensation Range:

    $84,000 - 134,400

    We are committed to pay transparency and ensuring equitability compensation for all employees. The pay range for this position reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, bonuses, or other forms of compensation that might be part of the total compensation package. The specific salary offered will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, education, and experience.
