Position : Senior Total Rewards Specialist
Job Description
Reporting to the Taiwan Compensation Partner, this role supports our dynamic Total Rewards team in Taiwan while contributing to global compensation initiatives. You'll drive operational excellence in areas like offer reviews, compensation cycles, and policy execution. We're seeking a compensation specialist with proven hands-on expertise in rewards operations and analytics, plus curiosity for broader TR topics. HR consulting experience or handling complex comp programs? That's a fantastic plus!
What will you do?
- Serve as the primary partner for Taiwan Total Rewards operations, reviewing and processing offers within established guidelines and service levels, and escalating complex cases as needed.
- Manage day-to-day Total Rewards operations, including preparing and reviewing data for retention-related cases and review cycles, and providing timely support to Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on compensation and policy questions.
- Support Global Total Rewards initiatives by assisting international teams with market data analysis, compensation models and templates, reporting, and documentation.
- Ensure fair and compliant application of the company’s rewards philosophy; maintain accurate records and continuously improve processes using data and insights.
- Partner with the team to support the design and review of compensation programs.
- Help identify employee needs from a total rewards perspective and support the operation of data-driven compensation programs that motivate employees and help retain key talent.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in Total Rewards or HR Operations, preferably in a tech, fast-paced, and dynamic organization with APAC exposure.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting with high accuracy.
- Familiarity with market surveys, job evaluation methodologies, and compensation benchmarking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced workloads while maintaining attention to detail.
- Culturally sensitive, with experience working in large, matrixed organizations.
- Effective communication skills across cultures; fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Collaborative team player, flexible on CoE assignments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tech, e-commerce, or high-growth industries.
- Exposure to regional/global compensation projects.
- Familiarity with HRIS tools like Workday.
