BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment across the enterprise. In this consultative role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, translating market research, competitive intelligence, and compensation data into actionable hiring strategies.
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
Expertise in technical and engineering hiring, including evolving and competitive talent markets
Experience influencing (with or without authority) and building long-term, trust-based partnerships
Proven ability in leveraging data to guide decision-making and solve complex hiring challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to technical, executive, and cross-functional audiences
Demonstrated commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience
Bonus points for:
A solutions-oriented mindset, with examples of designing or driving innovative recruiting strategies
Excitement around & experience levering generative AI, agentic AI and/or AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, HiredScore, Paradox)
Proficiency with Workday or similar enterprise ATS platforms.
Willingness to work onsite from our Chattanooga, TN headquarters occasionally (although this role is otherwise remote)
