As the Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) Industrial Solutions (IS) Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead enterprise-scale subscription management transformation across the Cordant™ portfolio and broader IET/Baker Hughes digital ecosystem from DT perspective. This role owns the digital and operational foundation of Software Go‑To‑Market, be a key driver in shaping and delivering to‑be Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) and Subscription Management capability, enabling scalable recurring revenue (ARR), modern software entitlement and licensing, and strong financial analytics across the full software product lifecycle ensuring the business operation solution is scalable, repeatable, and enterprise‑ready.
The role sits within the Cordant Digital Technology Enablement organization and partners closely with Product, Commercial, Finance, Enterprise Architecture, ERP, and external partners to deliver business‑critical outcomes at Baker Hughes enterprise level.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Subscription management strategy & solutioning
- Lead the definition and execution of the to be subscription management and digital monetization solution, covering: Quote, order, renewals, upsell/cross sell, Software entitlement & licensing, Billing, revenue recognition inputs, and ARR analytics
- Support software product API monetization and drive a scalable, repeatable Q2C architecture applicable not only to Cordant / IET but extensible across Baker Hughes digital businesses
- Translate business growth objectives (ARR, digital revenue, margin) into executable digital programs and roadmaps
- Cross Functional Program Leadership
- Lead complex, cross functional programs involving: Product Management & Engineering, Commercial Operations & Sales Ops, Finance (Billing, Revenue, FP&A), Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Compliance
- Establish strong program governance, dependency management, and decision forums at senior stakeholder level
- Act as the single-threaded leader accountable for outcomes, not just delivery
- Financial Analytics & Business Insights Enablement
- Partner with Finance and Data teams to ensure the solution enables: Accurate ARR tracking and forecasting, Subscription lifecycle analytics, Product and customer level revenue insights
- Ensure digital solutions support enterprise financial transparency and auditability
- Delivery Excellence & Execution
- Drive end to end delivery from concept through go live and scaled adoption.
- Manage program plans, risks, dependencies, and value realization.
- Ensure alignment with Baker Hughes digital, security, and enterprise architecture standards.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Systems delivery
- Proven experience leading large scale, cross functional digital programs spanning multiple business functions
- Strong understanding of Quote to Cash, Order to Revenue, or Subscription business models
- Experience working with or integrating enterprise platforms such as:
- ERP (e.g., SAP)
- CRM / CPQ (e.g., Salesforce, BigMachines)
- Licensing / Entitlement platforms (e.g., Flexera Revenera or similar)
- Ability to operate at enterprise and executive stakeholder level, with strong communication and influence skills
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Be self-driven and explore alternate technology and approaches to solve problems
- Able to work well with global teams, including time-zone flexibility
Preferred / Differentiating Experience
- Experience with subscription management, recurring revenue, or SaaS monetization models
- Exposure to financial analytics, ARR metrics, or revenue lifecycle reporting
- Experience working with ISV partners and third‑party vendors
- Background in energy, industrial, or complex B2B software environments
- Experience scaling solutions across multiple business units or global organizations
