Wolters Kluwer

Senior Technical Product Manager (Libra - Legal AI Assistant) (m/w/d)

DEU - Berlin Full time

At Libra, we're transforming how legal professionals work. Our AI platform combines deep legal reasoning with cutting-edge generative technology to help lawyers research, draft, and deliver legal work faster and smarter.

In just over a year, we became one of Europe's fastest-growing legal AI companies—and in late 2025, we joined Wolters Kluwer, the global leader in legal information services. Together, we're combining Libra's AI capabilities with Wolters Kluwer's authoritative legal content to build the most powerful AI workspace for lawyers in Europe. We've already launched in the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, and Poland, and are expanding across new markets with full localization and deep local content integrations.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of legal AI products—now at true European scale.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager (m/w/d) at Libra, you'll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of our AI product initiatives. You'll manage all aspects of technology projects, from planning to delivery to the highest quality standards.

You'll work at the intersection of our AI Engineering, Product, Legal Engineering, and Design teams, translating strategic goals into structured delivery plans while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to bring order to complex, cross-functional technology projects.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end project management for technology projects related to all aspects of our AI platform: product features as well as integrations.

  • Define and maintain project plans, milestones, resource allocations, budgets, and delivery timelines across concurrent workstreams.

  • Lead cross-functional coordination between AI Engineering, Product, Legal Engineering, and Design teams to keep projects on track and unblock dependencies.

  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve issues and risks before they impact delivery quality or timelines.

  • Communicate project status, progress, and decisions clearly and consistently to technical teams, end-users, and senior leadership.

  • Drive alignment on scope, priorities, and trade-offs—balancing speed and pragmatism with long-term quality.

  • You will be working at the intersection of design (Figma) and engineering (Cursor/Claude Code) and we expect you to actively contribute to prototyping new product features.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing complex IT or technology projects end-to-end, ideally in a product-led or AI-adjacent environment.

  • Strong command of project management methodologies and the judgment to apply them pragmatically.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills: you communicate clearly, manage expectations well, and keep people informed without over-engineering the process.

  • Experience using modern project and collaboration tooling (e.g., Jira, Notion, Confluence, or similar).

  • A track record of resolving blockers and driving decisions in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; German fluency is a plus.

  • You're a self-starter who enjoys autonomy but thrives in a collaborative team.

  • You take a pragmatic approach to problem-solving—focused on impact, not process for its own sake.

  • A background in Computer Science and/or Law is a big plus not not a requirement.

What We Offer:

  • Permanent employment from day one.

  • Remote work & flexibility: Work remotely up to 3 days per week (home office) (= 8 days a month in the office) with flexible working hours.

  • Work abroad flexibly: Work from anywhere within the EU for up to 20 days within a twelve-month period.

  • Rest & time off: 26 vacation days.

  • Show your commitment: 1 additional day off per year for your volunteer work (Volunteer Day).

  • Support for development: E-learning via LinkedIn, online language training with goFluent, and other training and development opportunities.

Join us, at Wolters Kluwer, and be part of a global technology company that makes a difference every day. Be the difference. If making a difference matters to you, then you matter to us.

Our Interview Practices

To maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts. Our interview process is designed to assess your individual skills, experiences, and communication style. We value authenticity and want to ensure we’re getting to know you—not a digital assistant. To help maintain this integrity, we ask to remove virtual backgrounds and include in-person interviews in our hiring process. Please note that use of AI-generated responses or third-party support during interviews will be grounds for disqualification from the recruitment process.

Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
